️✔️ Long term engagement: Full time, Part time or Quarter time (10h/w)

✔️ 1,000 USD a year for Education / Personal Development budget
✔️ 1,500 USD one time only for Equipment budget
✔️ At least 4 weeks of paid notice in case of Offboarding
