Excel in People, Risks and Estimations’ Management Design, estimate, execute and test your work Customize your work for multiple context or platforms when needed Communicate and collaborate with Product, QA, Design, Engineering, Infrastructure or other teams to work effectively and drive the product and teams to success Keep your work well documented for others to read and work with it Create flowcharts and guides for new and existing systems Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency Ensuring that management best practices and quality are respected Post your progress in Jira or teams’ tools Participate in the PMO Unit activities, gatherings and Best Practices summits Train new members in the company, team or project Implement your solid understanding of SDLC concepts and Operational processes Delivered projects using or implementing agile methodologies Excellent communication skills (internal, client, written and verbal) Be organized, detail orientated and data driven
